1. Reservation and Payment:

a. To secure your spot on a retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is specified during the reservation process.

b. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the retreat.

2. Cancellation by Participant:

a. If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, the following refund policy applies: 

i. The payment contains a € 500,- non-refundable fee for any booking made. Participants always have the opportunity to move their spot to a next retreat.

ii. 90 days or more before retreat, € 500,- is non-refundable and the remaining amount is fully refundable.

iii. 90 - 60 days before the retreat € 500,- is non-refundable and of the remaining amount 60% is refundable (or move everything as a credit to next retreat)

iiii. 60 - 30 days before the retreat € 500,- is non-refundable and of the remaining amount 50% is refundable.

iiiii. 30 days or less before the start date, the full payment is non-refundable. The full payment may be used as a credit towards another retreat by Amanda Biccum Coaching.

b. The non-refundable deposit is retained by Amanda Biccum Coaching to cover administrative and planning expenses.

3. Substitution:

a. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may substitute another person to take your place. Notify Amanda Biccum of the substitution at least 15 days before the retreat start date.

b. The substitute participant must meet all the requirements and agree to these terms.

4. Cancellation by Amanda Biccum Coaching:

a. Amanda Biccum Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, COVID, natural disasters or other reasons.

b. In the event of a cancellation by Amanda Biccum Caoching, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit.

5. Force Majeure:

Amanda Biccum Coaching is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this policy due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, and government actions.

6. Refund Process:

a. All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] and include the participant's name, retreat details, and reason for cancellation.

b. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the written request.

7. Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies. By participating in our retreats, you agree to abide by this refund policy. Amanda Biccum Coaching reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary.
