THE COACHING PACKAGE

Duration of our mentorship.

The following Agreement is the Terms of Service for the Private Mentorship and/or Bodywork session(s) with Amanda Biccum. Please take your time to read all of it carefully. By committing to signing this document, you accept the following Agreements, and you agree to and are bound by the following terms.

Mentorship is a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between the Mentee and Mentor. The mentorship experience supports the Client in establishing new behaviors. The relationship is strengths-based, forward-looking, and collaborative. The mentorship agenda is developed and implemented in partnership between the Client and Mentor. The role of the Mentor is to help the Client progress towards cultivating and creating a life of more depth, connection to self and truth in their personal, relational and professional lives.

  • The Client and Mentee agree to engage fully in this mentorship journey.
  • The Client recognizes that mentorship is not therapy, counseling, or consulting.

The Mentor (Amanda Biccum)

My role:
First and foremost, my role is to support you, guide you, listen to you, advise you, share with you my resources, reflect to you, mirror you and mentor you to the very best of my abilities. Rooted in kindness, safety, compassion, and empowerment. Working from the premise that you are already whole and all of you is welcome in our work together.

I am not here to save you, mommy you, or entertain you. I will not be the object of outsourcing your power. You have everything you need within you. I am here to guide you into remembrance.

I am a mentor, not a psychotherapist or physician, and I am not trained in diagnosing psychological or medical conditions. However, something could come up that would require the attention of a qualified therapist or physician. In that case, I will openly communicate this with you and help you find the right professional to work alongside us.

In a more extreme case, for instance, in more severe unprocessed trauma, I retain the right to terminate this contract and hand over our process to a licensed trauma therapist.

My role as a mentor is to explore with you, hold up a mirror, ask questions, and support you in blockages you may have to achieve your desires and goals. Within that scope, I will show up to the fullest of my abilities.

The Mentee (You)

Your role:

  • You take responsibility for the results you’d like to achieve in by which by the best of your ability you commit to doing the practices, rituals and invitations given by the Mentor
  • You through the embodiment and lectures given by Amanda you continue to learn about your nervous system and its boundaries, needs and desires and commit to expressing any needs that come up for you inside this journey.
  • You understand that by choosing to commit to this path your shadows, old patterns, pain and trauma may surface. You commit to sharing your struggles in our container (whether about the process out outside) knowing that by sharing it will only lead to deeper transformation and give us opportunities for break through in order to create new patterns. All is welcome, even any resistance that may arise.
  • If you feel challenged by anything during the session(s), you commit to discussing this with me to avoid miscommunication. I will always listen to you with compassion and safety and take your concerns seriously.
  • You allow for things not to be perfect, for yourself to learn, to make mistakes, to be confused, to stretch and grow. To have off days as well as big days. But also, to celebrate yourself, show off your achievements, and allow yourself to take up space. What you think, feel and experience has value.

You commit to the following practicalities;

  • You show up to the session on time.
  • You commit to doing your sessions within the given time frame.

For online sessions:

  • You are well-lit with your face and chest visible.
  • You have enough privacy for our calls to speak freely and potentially make some sound.
  • You have decent wi-fi.
  • If needed wear headphones for the best audio experience for both.

Confidentiality

The Mentor agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential, as allowable by law. No personal information will be shared with anyone without the Client’s express permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else.

Mentor’s Commitment

By entering into this relationship, the Client and Mentor acknowledge that the Client desires to make a behavioral change or some type of improvement in his or her life. Behavioral change often takes time to implement and sustain. The pace of change is uncertain and varies amongst individuals. Therefore, the Client can’t expect immediate results instantly.

Mentorship Session Procedures

Mentorship sessions may occur in person, by phone or through video conference, depending on the venue that works best for the Client and what coaching package is selected.

  • The Mentor and Client agree to adhere to established appointment times.
  • The Mentor and Client agree to begin and finish all appointments on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, the Mentor will assume that the appointment is cancelled and the Client will be responsible for the full coaching fee. If the Coach is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, the Client may assume that the session is cancelled and the Client shall not be responsible for any payment for that session.
  • The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, without a cancellation fee. Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours result in losing that particular session. The cancellation needs to be received and confirmed on time by the Mentor. If client continues to miss sessions, the Mentor has the right to terminate the client contract due to inability to follow through with the agreed upon commitments. Upon this termination there are no refunds
  • In-person Bodywork sessions can include sexual & sensual touch. By clicking 'I agree to the terms and conditions' underneath this document, the Client agrees to give explicit consent to this.

Fees

By choosing to work with Amanda, the Client has chosen to embark on this transformational journey trusting in the process fully. This process with Amanda works in many different aspects on both the physical, mental, emotional and shamanic realms. The process works by way of the Feminine and is not linear. Upon choosing this path you will begin to see results immediately however, the full alchemy of the process can happen months or even years later. By choosing Amanda as your mentor you are committing to trusting the process fully knowing that once the fee there is no refund possible. Refund requests will only be considered for significant life disruptions that prevent further sessions. No-shows will not be refunded. All sessions need to take place within the time frame agreed upon unless otherwise spoken about with Amanda. If there are any sessions left outside of the time frame of the mentorship you have 30 days to complete them before they expire. If I (Amanda Biccum) am no longer feeling safe or comfortable with you, I reserve the right to stop the collaboration.

I am very much looking forward to the transformation that is to come.

If you have questions about anything written above, please reach out to me.

Please be mindful that by clicking 'I agree to these terms and conditions' and by paying your depost, you commit to a binding contract.

Much love,
Amanda Biccum
